Description:

There are issues impacting the RNConsult PersonService (used for the search of patient data by healthcare providers).

Our teams are investigating the issue.

UPDATE 12:38: following a traffic switch, errors should not appear anymore. The investigation regarding the rootcause and a definitive resolution is still ongoing.

Impact:

Search of patient data will return a timeout.

Creation of therapeutic relations
Creation and revocation of a consent
Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
