Issues with eHealth services, 1733 and Recipe Solved

Description

Update 12:25: a solution has been implemented and the services are stable again.

Update 11:00: the solution solved a part of the issues but not all of them. There are still issues with ETEE (End to End Encryption), ETKDepot, and SSO (Single Sign On), COBRHA, 1733, Recip-e prescriber and the portal. Our teams are investigating this and are making every effort to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Update 10:25: our teams are currently implementing the solution. Next update will be at 11:00.

Update 9:50: our teams will implement a solution soon.

There are currently issues with the eHealth services due to a planned intervention. 

Impact

Users experience issues with multiple eHealth services, 1733 and Recipe prescriber.
