There have been disturbances impacting the RNConsult PersonService between 09:24 and 10:39.

Search of patient data may generate time out errors for healthcare practicians.

Our teams are investigating an incident affecting Tarification and CHIV at IO600, teams are working to restore the situation as soon as possible

There are issues impacting the RNConsult PersonService (used for the search of patient data by healthcare providers).

Among the concerned services:

• ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
• Creation of therapeutic relations
• Creation and revocation of a consent
• Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
• MyHealthViewer
• PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
• Orgadon
• Tardis
• eCare Qermid
• MyHealth: it is no longer possible to check 'parental' access for users with children
• CareLink (care relationship)

Issues have been solved from 14:32.

Search of patient data will return a timeout. 

There are currently issues with the CoZo services; the CoZo team is investigating the cause.

CoZo services may be impacted (intra+interhub)

Update 9:45: new messages are processing normally. We are currently clearing the backlog created during the incident.

There are currently issues with eHealthBox. Our teams are working on it.

Users experience issues with eHealthBox.

Due to a release at IO100 there were some issues receiving answers when calling the CHIV service for pharmacists.

This issue has been solved in the meantime by a config change.

We have an issue on our MyCarenet platform impacting 100% of services DMG, CHIV, AA, GINS and possible smaller impact on depending services like MDA (2%).
