There have been issues impacting the Recip-e and Vitalink FHIR services during a planned intervention.

The following services were impacting and mostly unavailable during the incident:

• Recip-e Prescriber
• Recip-e Executor
• Vitalink FHIR

There have been disturbances on the National Register impacting eHealth services between 11:05 and 11:15.

The following services have generated time-out errors:

• TherLink
• Links
• IDSupport
• Filiation
• CBSS PersonService

There are currently disturbances impacting the National Register.

Our partner is investigating the issue.

Issues have occurred on the 27th of July between 8:20 and 18:23.

Disturbances also occurred on the 28th of July between 9:40 and 9:50 and between 10:06 and 10:15.

There are currently issues impacting the RNConsult PersonService (used for the search of patient data by healthcare providers).

Our teams are investigating the issue.

The TRIO service is currently unavailable.

Our teams are working on a solution.

The users of the TRIO service are currently not able to use the service.
