Disturbances impacting the domain fgov.be Solved

Description

There have been disturbances impacting different services from the fgov.be domain, including eHealth and healthcare services.

Our partner is investigating the issue.

Update 16:00

Issues are highly limited but we expect a formal confirmation of resolution.

Most issues should be solved. 

Nevertheless, the rootcause being related to a caching error, there may remain disturbances on users of some fgov.be services.

Update 09:55

Users still having issues are adviced to clear their cache so the issue doesn't remained registered.

In case of users still having issue, it is adviced to clear the DNS caching. This can occur by following these steps:

1. Search for cmd in the Start Menu, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator. 
2. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. 
3. You'll see a confirmation: "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache".

Impact

The impact is limited. Users may receive unavailability messages from the services or site.

Problems in GP softwares when retrieving the list of documents using RSB as hub Solved

Description

After RSB's eHealth hub certificate renewal (09/12/2025) we were alerted that General Practitioner's softwares are having problems to retrieve the list of documents when RSB is configured as its default hub. This may be linked to an error in interhub requests coming from RSB.

A ticket has been opened in eHealth's helpdesk and its currently under investigation.

Impact

Requests coming from RSB to other hubs retrieve an empty list of documents.


Disturbances with the Recip-e services Solved

Between 12:07 and 12:22, there were disturbances impacting the Recip-e services (Prescriber, Executor and Patient).

Issue was solved from 12:22.

Users may have received time-out messages or a SOA-02001 error.


Issues creating and sending certificates of incapacity for work via Mult-eMediatt Solved

Description

General practitioners using CareConnect or HealthOne cannot create or send certificates of incapacity of work. There will be an intervention on Tuesday 09/12, which should resolve the issue following the traffic switches planned on Wednesday 10/12 between 12:00 and 16:30.

End users can temporarily fall back on the paper version.

Impact

End users receive the error "Cannot call DAAS-service" when trying to create or send a certificate of incapacity of work.
