Incidents

There is currently an issue impacting the Recip-e services. The impact concerns a limited part of the traffic. Our teams are working on a solution.

UPDATE 12:58: a workaround has been implemented. The issue has been solved.

During the incident, around 8% of the users of the Recip-e services were impacted and may have received an error while using the service:

• 15% of the calls to the Recip-e Prescriber service (including physicians, dentists, hospitals, midwives and nurses)
• 2% of the calls to the Recip-e Executor service (pharmacists and hospitals pharmacists) 
• 21% of the calls to the Recip-e Patient service (citizens)

FarmaFlux services are not availble due to network issues including load balancing

All services are impacted:

- GFD, Patient Information Sheet and FMS consultation are not available

- PharmaForms are not available,

- Assurpharma will enter in paper-based fallback

- GFD, FMS, RaOTD uploads will be queued in teh pharmacy software
