Users may receive errors when creating or renewing their eHealth certificate. the error only occur if the second (completion) or third step (activation of the encryption) is tried less than 5 minutes after the previous step if the user waits 5 minutes, there should be no error This issue is currently in investigation with our partner. Impact Error during the creation or renewal of an eHealth certificate Impacts on all users using the eHealth requestor and trying to get a certificate or renew an active one Retry a few minutes later solves the issue
