Le service technique a été mis au courant et met tout en œuvre pour résoudre rapidement le problème.

Een incident heeft plaatsgevonden op Mental Health Care (Bug: blanco scherm, niet mogelijk om prestaties in te geven.).

De technische dienst is op de hoogte (gebracht) en werkt er hard aan om het probleem snel op te lossen.

Wij zullen u op de hoogte brengen zodra onze technische dienst het probleem heeft opgelost.

There are currently issues impacting the eHealthBox services.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

The issues were solved.

Most of the calls to send or consult messages on the eHealthBox services resulted in an error during the incident.

We are currently facing technical issues affecting some of our services. We are currently working on a solution. Most users should notice minimal impact.

There were issues following the eHealth release to start an eHealth session for somes users.

The issue was solved from Monday 27th of April at 10:37.

Pharmacists may receive an error when trying to start an eHealth session. The fallback session is working to start the session.

There are currently disturbances with the service of a partner impacting the use of the TRIO service.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

UPDATE 16:30: there are still disturbances on our partner side impacting the use of the service.

UPDATE 23/04 12:00: issues are still investigated on side of our partner.

Users of the TRIO service may not be able to verify and access the data from the External Service for Prevention at Work.

Around 25% of the calls to retrieve this information will result in an error.
