There were issues following the eHealth release to start an eHealth session for somes users.

The issue was solved from Monday 27th of April at 10:37.

Impact

Pharmacists may receive an error when trying to start an eHealth session. The fallback session is working to start the session.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

Impact

Users of the TRIO service may not be able to verify and access the data from the External Service for Prevention at Work.

Around 25% of the calls to retrieve this information will result in an error.

The impact concerns the eHealthBox Publication and Consultation services but only the v3 version using the SOAP protocol. No impact on REST users.
