The eReferral service is currently unavailable.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

The eReferral service wasn't available between 5:30 and 6:30.

Users were not able to reach the service during the incident.

There have been issues with the IAM AttributeAuthority service between 14:12 and 15:12.

These disturbances concerned around 20% of the calls to the service resulting in a time out error (SOA-02001).

The issue was solved from 15:12.

The following services were partially impacted during the incident:

• PCDH (Farmaflux APB)
• Vitalink 
• Recip-e (Prescriber & Executor)
• CoZo
• Belrai Federal
• Vaccinnet

There are currently issues with a partner, impacting the TRIO service.

We are investigating the issue with our partner.

Users of the External Services for Prevention and Protection at work cannot currently verify professional data of the patients. 

There are currently disturbances with eHealth services.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

UPDATE: issues were solved at 14:24 but new errors appeared from 15:42

Issues were mostly solved from 16:25 and completely at 17:05.

The impacted was limited to a small part of the calls to the following services:

• DataAttributeService (calls ListofEmployers to retrieve the employers and EmployerAffiliation disturbed until 14:24)
• eH2eBox & Mediprima between 13:25 and 13:44

The services are impacted again from 15:42.

RSW services are unavailable.

Intermittent major outages.

There are currently disturbances impacting eHealth services.

Our team are investigating the issues.

Users may receive errors while using eHealth services. Around 60% of the calls to RNConsult PersonService were failing between 14:22 and 15:16.

Disturbances mainly occured between 14:22 and 14:40.

There are currently issues to authenticate on through eHealth

Users may receive an error page when connecting on the eHealth services

There are disturbances impacting eHealth services.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

UPDATE: issues have been mostly solved from 15:40.

The incident was closed on 16:15.

Users may receive errors when using eHealth and healthcare services.

Disturbances mainly occured between 15:20 and 15:40 and concerned several services (including eHealth basis services, MyCareNet, Recip-e).

The impact remained relatively low for most services (around 3 percent of the traffic), with the exception of the RNConsult PersonService where the impact was higher and completely solved at 16:10.  

There are currently disturbances with the TRIO service.

Insurance Organisms may not be able to send messages to the general practioners through the TRIO service.

There are currently issues impacting the Vaccinnet 2.0 service.

The Vaccinnet 2.0 service is unavailable.
