There are currently issues with Data Attribute Service (DAAS). 

Users (physicians) may experience issues with the Mult-eMediatt services.

Our partner is investigating the issue.

UPDATE 16:00: a switch was done to decrease the impact. 

There are around 25% of failure on the IndemnityBeneficiary calls (used to control if a patient has rights to benefits). These call are only integrated in the Mult-eMediAtt service. 

Users of Trio should not have any errors.

The errors should decrease the switch of 16:00.

There are currently issues with multiple eHealth services, such as Therapeutic Links and IAM (Identity and Access Management) and with the National Register. Our teams are working on it to solve this as soon as possible. We will update this page at 10:00.

Multiple eHealth services and the National Register are currently unavailable due to network issues.

Impacted services are:

• ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
• Creation of therapeutic relations
• Creation and revocation of a consent
• Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
• MyHealthViewer
• PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
• Orgadon
• Tardis
• MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
• CareLink (care relationship)

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We are taking the necessary steps to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Due to a database error, Vitalink data is currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Healthcare providers and citizens are currently unable to read or consult any data on Vitalink KMEHR.

There are currently disturbances impacting the eHealthBox service.

The impact is limited to the eHealthBox v3 SOAP service. There should be no impact on the eHealth v4 service (in REST) nor on the other eHealth services.

The publication of messages on or through the eHealthBox v3 SOAP service is impacted. Users will receive error messages or timeouts.
