MyCarenet GMF issue for ATX and MediSpring

Following the intervention of this morning for MyCarenet GMF, new issues were seen on the new infra for GMF Consult & notify. This time only ATX and MediSpring were impacted.
A restart temporarily solved the issue, monitoring is ongoing and rootcause is still being investigated.

During the migration to the new infrastructure and incident occured with GMF service.

We performed a rollback to solve the incident. Further investigation will be done before a new rollout.

There was some impact on GMF earlier today from 10:20 to 10:50, services have since then been restored to normal

We experienced issues affecting several services, including Tarif, and DMG, earlier this morning.
The issue has now been resolved, and services are functioning normally. Investigations are ongoing to determine the root cause

There have been disturbances impacting the RNConsult PersonService.

Possible failures with the following services:

• ConsultRN PersonService
• Creation of therapeutic relations
• Creation and revocation of a consent
• Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
• MyHealthViewer
• PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
• Orgadon
• Tardis
• eCare Qermid
• MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
• CareLink (care relationship)

There are disturbances with the FAS services, impacting the authentication on services through ItsMe or eID.

An error may occur when trying to log in by using ItsMe or eID.

There are currently issues impacting the RNConsult services:

• PersonService, PersonInfoGroupService, EncodedPersonService, PseudoPersonService
• InscriptionService, EncodedInscription, SsinHistory, CbssPersonService, PseudoInscriptionService

Our teams are investigating the issues with our partners.

Issues have been solved since 14:54.

The consultation or registration of data related to the national registrer may result in an error.
