There are currently issues with Therlink and RNConsult due to an external incident. Our teams are working on a solution and are in contact with our partner.

Impact

Users may experience issues when creating a therapeutic link or when consulting a person’s data in the National Register.

The following services are impacted, including the applications (like Vitalink or Trio) using them:

  • ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Creation of therapeutic relations
  • Creation and revocation of a consent
  • Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
  • MyHealthViewer
  • PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Orgadon
  • Tardis
  • eCare Qermid
  • MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
  • CareLink (care relationship)
