Issues with eHealth services, 1733 and Recipe Solved Start date 12/10/2025- 08:00 End date 12/10/2025- 12:10 Lead Smals Description Update 12:25: a solution has been implemented and the services are stable again. Update 11:00: the solution solved a part of the issues but not all of them. There are still issues with ETEE (End to End Encryption), ETKDepot, and SSO (Single Sign On), COBRHA, 1733, Recip-e prescriber and the portal. Our teams are investigating this and are making every effort to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Update 10:25: our teams are currently implementing the solution. Next update will be at 11:00. Update 9:50: our teams will implement a solution soon. There are currently issues with the eHealth services due to a planned intervention. Issues impacting the Data Attribute Service Solved Start date 03/10/2025- 05:42 End date 03/10/2025- 17:00 Lead CIN-NIC Description There are currently issues with Data Attribute Service (DAAS). Users (physicians) may experience issues with the Mult-eMediatt services. Our partner is investigating the issue. UPDATE 16:00: a switch was done to decrease the impact. Impact There are around 25% of failure on the IndemnityBeneficiary calls (used to control if a patient has rights to benefits). These call are only integrated in the Mult-eMediAtt service. Users of Trio should not have any errors. The errors should decrease the switch of 16:00.
