Description

Following an intervention on the National Register, there have been issues impacting the related services.

The "break the glass" proceudre still allowed access to the prescriptions. 

The service was fully re-eastablished on 23/06/2025 around 2:30.

The impacts on users of eHealth services are as follows

Access to the following applications is not possible:

  • ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Creation of therapeutic relations
  • Creation and revocation of a consent
  • Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
  • MyHealthViewer
  • PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Orgadon
  • Tardis
  • eCare Qermid
  • MyHealth: it is no longer possible to check 'parental' access for users with children
  • CareLink (care relationship)
