Description

We saw a rise in errors for GMF, because of this we did a switch to site B.
This triggered more errors because of problem in configuration of the CGW. This was than corrected which solved the issue.

Description

MyCarenet GMF issue for ATX and MediSpring

Impact

Following the intervention of this morning for MyCarenet GMF, new issues were seen on the new infra for GMF Consult & notify. This time only ATX and MediSpring were impacted.
A restart temporarily solved the issue, monitoring is ongoing and rootcause is still being investigated.
