Update: the incident has been solved.

There are currently issues with multiple eHealth services, such as Therapeutic Links and IAM (Identity and Access Management) and with the National Register. Our teams are working on it to solve this as soon as possible. We will update this page at 10:00.

Impact:

Multiple eHealth services and the National Register are currently unavailable due to network issues.

Impacted services are:

ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
Creation of therapeutic relations
Creation and revocation of a consent
Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
MyHealthViewer
