Tarification Service: too much send errors for flows 2xx and 5xx

There are currently network issues on our partner side impacting the eHealth services.

There have been DNS-attacks (presumely) causing disturbances on the network.

Our teams have successfully implemented several mitigation rules. The effect of the attack seems to be diminishing. 
Since 27/06/2023 10h50, the situation has been stabilised but we remain vigilant for potential new attacks.

The security team, networkteam and Belnet continue to make arrangements to put in place protection mechanisms and escalation paths to protect ourselfs against future attacks. We are treating the last side effects of the attack in close consultation with our engineers.

Update: the issues with Recip-e have been solved.

There are currently issues with Recip-e Prescriber and Executor. Our teams are working on it. An update will follow.

Users receive errors when using Recip-e.

Recip-e services interrupted

Prescripber, Executor services are interrupted due to a database intervention this morning.

Update 11:50, all services are back OK

Naar aanleiding van een netwerk incident binnen het platform ondervonden meerdere fluxen impact. De impact was niet totaal voor het hele platform, maar ook niet verwaarloosbaar, niet voor alle fluxen, niet altijd 100% voor een flux... Na onderzoek werd een oplossing in plaats gebracht en stabiliseerde de omgeving rond 11u in de ochtend. Excuses voor het ongemak.

Suite à un incident réseau sur la plateforme, plusieurs flux ont été impactés. L'impact n'était pas total pour l'ensemble de la plateforme, mais pas négligeable non plus, pas pour tous les flux, pas toujours à 100% pour ces flux impactés.... Après investigation, une solution a été mise en place et l'environnement s'est stabilisé vers 11h. Toutes nos excuses pour les désagréments encourus.

Impact on MyCareNet Nippin V2 platform for the fluxes Memberdata (MDA) and eAttest. 

Activation of DRP solutions stabilized the environment.

Update: 15:00: following the implemented solution, the service is stabilizing. Errors are still possible.

Update 14:50: our teams have investigated the issue and are currently implementing a solution.

There are currently issues with Recip-e Executor and Prescribers. Our teams are working on it.

Errors may occur when trying to retrieve prescriptions.
