There are currently disturbances with the national register services, possibly impacting eHealth services.

  • Creation and revocation of a consent
  • Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)

  • PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers

  • Tardis
  • eCare Qermid
  • MyHealth: it might no longer be possible to check 'parental' access for users with children

BOSA(FedICT) laat weten dat er technische problemen zijn bij het inloggen via de federale authentificatie dienst.
Vaccinnet maakt gebruik van de federale Authentificatiedienst. Vandaar dat men hinder kan ondervinden bij het inloggen in Vaccinnet.
Onze excuses voor het eventuele veroorzaakte ongemak.

Le SPF BOSA (FedICT) annonce qu'il font face à des problèmes techniques qui impactent la connexion via le service d'authentification fédéral. Or, Vaccinnet utilise ce service d'authentification fédéral. C'est pourqoui les utilisateurs peuvent rencontrer des difficultés pour se connecter à Vaccinnet. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour le désagrément occasionné.

UPDATE: the situation is stable since 13h15. As of 17h00 the situation is considered solved by Belnet. However, Belnet remains vigilant for potential new attacks.

Due to a global network issue, users may experience problems with the eHealth services and other services in both the private and the public sector. Our partner is working on a solution to stabilize the situation.

Users might face issues when logging on or using the eHeath services and applications.
