FR Entre le 04 et 07/01, nos contrôles ont généré des erreurs 503325 injustifiées. Ces rejets ont depuis été corrigés. Les envois de facturation ont été retraités en date du 09/01 par notre service IT. Les envois efac, impactés par le code erreur 503325, seront également retraités en interne dans les meilleurs délais. Vous ne devez donc pas renvoyer votre facturation ou refacturer les prestations rejetées. NL Tussen 04 en 07 januari werd de foutcode 503325 ten onrechte gegenereerd door onze controles. Deze weigeringen werden sindsdien rechtgezet. De facturatiezendingen werden door onze IT-afdeling opnieuw behandeld op 09 januari. De efac-zendingen, met de foutcode 503325, zullen zo spoedig mogelijk ook intern opnieuw behandeld worden. U moet dus uw facturatie niet opnieuw doorsturen of de geweigerde prestaties opnieuw indienen.
