Ons platform (Nippin v1, Nippin v2 en TL) was gisteren gedurende dit incident moeilijk bereikbaar. De gemiddelde verwerkingstijden liepen sterk op waardoor de wachtrijen aan te verwerken transacties sterk opliepen, time-outs konden voorvallen etc… Deze impact werd vastgesteld voor al onze Sync Fluxen. Verder zoekwerk is opgestart om de oorzaak van dit euvel te kunnen vaststellen. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Description

Deze ochtend van kort voor 9u tot ongeveer 9u20 werd er een sterk verlies van performantie op de extranetconnectie vastgesteld tussen ons platform MyCareNet en en dit van eHealth. Deze vertraging had een bottleneck tot gevolg welke resulteerde in een grote vermindering in bereikbaarheid van het platform. Rootcause van deze is nog niet gevonden en wordt verder onderzocht door de technische teams van MyCareNet en eHealth.

La plateforme de réponse est fortement retardée pour les flux Sync.
