FR Entre le 04 et 07/01, nos contrôles ont généré des erreurs 503325 injustifiées. Ces rejets ont depuis été corrigés. Les envois de facturation ont été retraités en date du 09/01 par notre service IT. Pour les envois efac, impactés par le code erreur 503325, vous pourrez refacturer les prestations rejetées dans une nouvelle facturation avec un nouveau numéro d’envoi. NL Tussen 04 en 07 januari werd de foutcode 503325 ten onrechte gegenereerd door onze controles. Deze weigeringen werden sindsdien rechtgezet. De facturatiezendingen werden door onze IT-afdeling opnieuw behandeld op 09 januari. Voor de efac-zendingen, met de foutcode 503325, kan u in uw volgende zending de geweigerd prestaties met een nieuwe zendingsnummer factureren.

Les envois efac, impactés par le code erreur 503325, seront également retraités en interne dans les meilleurs délais. Vous ne devez donc pas renvoyer votre facturation ou refacturer les prestations rejetées. NL Tussen 04 en 07 januari werd de foutcode 503325 ten onrechte gegenereerd door onze controles. Deze weigeringen werden sindsdien rechtgezet. De facturatiezendingen werden door onze IT-afdeling opnieuw behandeld op 09 januari. De efac-zendingen, met de foutcode 503325, zullen zo spoedig mogelijk ook intern opnieuw behandeld worden. U moet dus uw facturatie niet opnieuw doorsturen of de geweigerde prestaties opnieuw indienen.

Users might receive error while using the eHealthBox service, including the sending of Corona forms.

There are currently disturbances with the Recip-e Prescriber service.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

Doctors might not be able to use the Recip-e prescriber service. Recip-e Executor should not be impacted for pharmacists.

Performance impact on CHIV requests and consultations till time-outs possible.
