There are currently problems with CTPC and the Vaccination Codes Database.

Users may experience issues with eForm due to the issues with CTPC and they may experience problems with vaccination consultation due to the issues with Vaccination Codes Database.

Issues impacting the services and applications using the National Register

The impacts on users of eHealth services are as follows

Failure on the following applications:

• ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
• Creation of therapeutic relations
• Creation and revocation of a consent
• Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
• MyHealthViewer
• PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
• Orgadon
• Tardis
• eCare Qermid
• MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children

Disturbances with publication of messages using the eH2eBox service.

Possible errors with the eH2eBox service, used to send messages from the eHealthBox to citizens or enterprises (social security) eBoxes.

The CHIV, GMF and Tarif services are currently slightly disrupted. Investigations are underway to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
