Update: 10:18: the incident is still ongoing, users may experience issues with the ehealth and MyCarenet services. Our teams are looking into it.

Update 9:10: the situation has been stabilizing. However, instability issues are still possible. An update will follow when all issues have been solved.

There are issues with eHealth services. Our teams are working on a solution. 

Users may experience issues with several eHealth services impacting the MyCareNet services (eAttest, Chapter IV...) as well

The service IAM connect token has performance issues. It can take a bit longer for the users to obtain their token.  MyHealthViewer is also unavailable due to this issue.

The problem encountered this morning has been largely corrected. The impact is now limited to IO 100 services that are not covered by the fallback system.

There are currently problems with CTPC and the Vaccination Codes Database.

Users may experience issues with eForm due to the issues with CTPC and they may experience problems with vaccination consultation due to the issues with Vaccination Codes Database.

Issues impacting the services and applications using the National Register

The impacts on users of eHealth services are as follows

Failure on the following applications:

• ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
• Creation of therapeutic relations
• Creation and revocation of a consent
• Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
• MyHealthViewer
• PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
• Orgadon
• Tardis
• eCare Qermid
• MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
