Between 11H50 and 12H25, one node encountered network issues.

FarmaFlux recently encounters an increasing number of network-related issues causing business applications -and associated database connections- to stop responding.  So called dropped packets on the network level is detected in this series of incidents.  Root cause not yet defined at date.  

Low: GFD-DPP Consultation was not possible in a few cases.

Incident ongoing due to previously announced maintenance. Impact isn't 100% anymore but slower transactions, time-outs, errors are possible : A DB intervention to complete our upgrade to Oracle 19c will take place. The services listed below, as well as the therapeutic link services, will be unavailable during the operation.

Between 10H50 and 13H45, several server nodes encountered network issues.

FarmaFlux recently encounters an increasing number of network-related issues causing business applications -and associated database connections- to stop responding.

The GFD-DPP Consultation re-established operation 11H30.  During noon period, all servers where restared and normal operation continued.

Low: GFD-DPP Consultation was not possible in a few cases.
