Naar aanleiding van een incident op het shared IT Platform van de neutrale, liberale en onafhankelijke mutualiteiten was het mogelijk dat er tragere responsetijden voor de eAgreement transactie kon ervaren worden tot eventuele falingen ervan. Ondertussen werd het incident verholpen en werkt het platform opnieuw naar behoren.
