Following a certificate change, there have been an increase of timestamping errors on the MyCareNet services.

24/07 14:08: a rollback has been executed to solve the issue.

Impact

Users will receive an error code -1 indicating that the timestamp in the response is not valid.

Description

There are currently network issues on our partner side impacting the eHealth services.

There have been DNS-attacks (presumely) causing disturbances on the network.

Impact

Our teams have successfully implemented several mitigation rules. The effect of the attack seems to be diminishing. 
Since 27/06/2023 10h50, the situation has been stabilised but we remain vigilant for potential new attacks.

The security team, networkteam and Belnet continue to make arrangements to put in place protection mechanisms and escalation paths to protect ourselfs against future attacks. We are treating the last side effects of the attack in close consultation with our engineers.
